Grab a cup of tea, a good book and a cozy chair — it’s time to tap into your inner bookworm!

One habit most successful people share is that they read, and they read a lot. Reading is like exercise for your brain. It improves your focus and memory, helps you unwind and de-stress, and expands your knowledge and vocabulary. Sounds pretty terrific, right?

Today, take 30–60 minutes reading a book that you’ve been meaning to get into. We suggest making this a daily habit.
